I ordered a pedal, when will it ship?
HOLIDAY 2024
Due to overwhelming demand and holiday chaos, please allow 2 weeks for order fulfillment. We will be back to shorter turnaround times in 2025.
Place all orders by Friday December 6th to ensure delivery before/by Christmas.
We ship in the United States via USPS Priority/Ground Advantage and Internationally by UPS Worldwide/International.
When a pedal ships, a confirmation email similar to the one you received confirming your order will be sent and it will include a tracking link.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are currently shipping internationally via UPS Worldwide/International.
Can I return my pedal?
Yes, a newly purchased pedal may be returned within 14 days of receipt by the customer.
The customer must pay return shipping and a restocking fee of 10% of full retail cost. We will process the refund once we have received the pedal.

There is something wrong with my pedal, can you fix it?
All pedals have a limited lifetime warranty. If it breaks, I will fix it.
If you try to modify your pedal or mess with it in some unintended way and it breaks that voids the warranty.
Should you encounter any issues, please use this form to request a repair.
