This octave fuzz pedal has multiple personalities; ring-mod oc­tave-up, Super Fuzz-esque eggs-in-a-frying pan octave sizzle, straight ahead gated octave fuzz tones and everything in be­tween.

GERMANIUM DIODE OCTAVE-UP:
This pedal is in the Ampeg Scrambler/Green Ringer/Fender Blender/Ace Tone FM-2 family of octave-up fuzz peals, produc­ing its octave-up effect via diode signal rectification. However, it is not a modified version of the aforementioned pedals.

DIAL-IN A WIDE RANGE OF TONES:
The Vaporizer’s unique controls allow the player to dial-in a prominent octave-up and combine that with a velcro fuzz, resulting in a wide range of tones.
